  Games for little kids might not always work. Expect management to not believe your child and not refund the tokens. Stood at counter for a few minutes waiting to order while 2 workers and a manager all looked at me but said not a word to me as they continued their own conversations. Some of the workers are very friendly, but it is hit or miss and seems to come from poor management.
  That said, they do have pretty good pizza and have pulled it back to a less rowdy place than it had become for several years. A ways to go still in customer service, but making progress.
